We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager & SEO Specialist to lead our brand’s online visibility and engagement. This hybrid role combines content-driven social media management with performance-based search engine optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate is equal parts creative storyteller and analytical thinker, with a passion for digital marketing, brand growth, and data-driven results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy aligned with brand goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, video) across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies based on engagement, reach, and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices across all web content.
- Optimize existing website content for search engines and user experience
- Perform regular site audits to identify technical SEO issues and work with developers or CMS to resolve them.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Develop backlink strategies and outreach to build domain authority.
