- Enhance Oracle Fusion Applications by managing system settings, conducting performance tuning, and adapting to evolving business requirements.
Responsibility:
- Oracle Fusion Application Management: Oversee and manage Oracle Fusion Applications, ensuring seamless integration, performance optimization, and alignment with business processes.
- Application Maintenance and Enhancement: Perform maintenance, fine-tuning, and functional enhancements for Oracle Fusion modules related to Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA, iExpenses, Tax, Cash Management) and Procurement (PO, SSP).
- System Audits and Data Verification: Conduct regular system audits and data validation to verify the effectiveness of implementations and to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaboration with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with business users to align system functionalities with operational needs, bridging gaps between user expectations and system capabilities.
- System and Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with organizational standards for security and data management.
- Setup and Configuration: Configure new entities within Oracle Fusion, including master data (COA, Value Sets, Store Codes, Approval Hierarchies).
- System Testing and Upgrades: Execute system testing on Oracle Fusion’s quarterly updates to ensure continuity of daily business processes and functionality.
- Issue Resolution and Bug Management: Identify, troubleshoot, and report system bugs, working directly with Oracle Support to apply necessary patches.
- User Roles and Permissions: Assign and manage user roles and permissions to control access and maintain system security.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis on user-reported issues, escalating service requests with Oracle as needed.
- RICE Component Coordination: Collaborate with technical consultants on RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements) components to ensure system adaptability and functionality.
- VAT and Sales Reporting: Reconcile VAT and store sales reports to assist with accurate VAT filings and compliance reporting.
- Retail System Integration: Manage system unit integration and transaction reconciliation between the retail system and Fusion GL/AP.
- Bank Integration: Facilitate host-to-host bank integrations for payments, including MT940 transaction formats.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Generate ad hoc reports for auditors and management as needed to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.
