Overview
Job Description
- Provides information about products and services used in the Wellness and Spa and Fitness departments
- Advises clients on treatments and product usage
- Controls all rooms within the Wellness and Spa department
- Responsible for a professional and warm welcome to guests
- Presents services to guests in a professional manner
- Responds to guests' questions, complaints and suggestions in a courteous and professional manner
- Makes appointment reservations and ensures their accuracy
- Performs other administrative tasks as assigned by superiors
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language
- 1-2 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs
- Responsible, motivated person with strong planning and work organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
