Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Spa Receptionist with previous experience in both women’s and men’s spa environments. The ideal candidate should be confident with spa software, have strong administrative skills, and a vibrant personality with excellent people skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Handle bookings, cancellations, and client inquiries using spa software.
- Manage the front desk, answer calls/emails, and assist walk-in clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
- Support spa operations with basic admin tasks (inventory, billing, reporting).
- Promote spa services, packages, and products.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Spa Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Comfortable working with booking and POS software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
