The Staffing Manager will lead the division’s operations and drive business growth by securing new projects, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the timely deployment of qualified personnel. This role requires a balance of operational oversight and business development expertise to meet client demands and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients to understand workforce requirements.
- Oversee the sourcing, selection, and placement of manpower for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms.
- Ensure timely mobilization of personnel to client sites.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to maintain a ready pool of skilled candidates.
- Monitor project performance and promptly address client concerns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide sales strategies.
- Achieve division revenue goals and ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manpower supply, workforce solutions, or related industries.
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of manpower deployment processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
