We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Auto Store Manager to lead and oversee daily operations of our automotive spare parts store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in automotive spare parts, and a proven ability to manage customer relationships, staff performance, financial reporting, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high performance and a positive team culture.
- Assign tasks and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a professional and customer-focused work environment.
- Customer Service
- Provide expert advice to customers on auto spare parts and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with regular clients and develop trust-based rapport with new customers.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability and avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking and sourcing of high-demand items.
- Monitor stock rotation, shelf labeling, and store layout for optimal customer experience.
- Financial & Administrative Reporting
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expense reports.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and banking procedures.
- Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies to meet financial targets.
- Operational Oversight
- Ensure the store complies with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Implement company policies and ensure all staff are compliant with procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing an auto parts store or a similar retail business.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive spare parts, their applications, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using inventory and point-of-sale systems.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and stock control.
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and customer service ethics.
- Preferred English and Arabic speakers
