We at Emarat Aloula is seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Sourcer (Recruiter) to support our Recruitment Team in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for white-collar roles across various construction projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to source and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, particularly for mass hiring campaigns in the UAE and GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates using various channels such as Naukrigulf.com, LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit based on job requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand current and future talent needs.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future white-collar recruitment needs.
- Utilize Boolean search and other techniques to identify hard-to-find talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sourced candidates in the ATS or internal tracker.
- Provide weekly reports on sourcing progress, market feedback, and talent availability.
- Promote Emarat Aloula’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing stage.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sourcing/recruitment experience in the GCC, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Proven experience in mass hiring and white-collar recruitment is essential.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukrigulf, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean searches, and referral networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi-speaking candidates are highly preferred due to candidate demographics.
- Familiarity with UAE labor market trends and recruitment regulations is a plus.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
