Role Description
The Team Leader will oversee daily sales operations, manage and lead a team of sales representatives, and develop strategies to achieve monthly sales targets. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, training new team members, and ensuring effective communication within the team and to make sure the team is achieving assigned personal loan target. This is an on-site role located in Dubai & Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications & Experience required
- Build and lead a team of 10-15 experienced sales executives.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing a banking sales team in the UAE.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient analytical skills for performance evaluation and strategy development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
Salary: Up to AED 10,000 depending on expertise, plus incentives upon achieving team targets.
