We are expanding our real estate team in Abu Dhabi and are looking for a highly motivated Sales Team Leader with a minimum of 4 years of real estate experience. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in sales leadership, a results-driven attitude, and a passion for real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents.
- Drive sales performance through motivation, coaching, and accountability.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor the market to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.
- Act as a key contact between clients, developers, and the sales team.
- Support marketing efforts and project launches.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and property tours.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of real estate experience (UAE experience preferred; Abu Dhabi experience is a strong advantage).
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role in sales in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication skills in English and or Arabic is a plus.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Motivated, ambitious, and driven by high earnings potential.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of real estate CRM systems is a plus.
