Your main role will be to connect with potential clients, explain our trading services, and help generate leads or convert prospects into customers.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain our trading products and services clearly and effectively.
- Maintain customer details and feedback in the CRM.Follow up with interested leads and convert them to clients.
- Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in [English & Arabic].
- Basic knowledge or interest in trading/stock market is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer objections and queries politely.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
