Job Description:
The Telemarketing Representative in the automotive diagnostics, sales, and repair shop sector will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone to promote and sell the company's products or services. This position requires strong communication and sales skills, a proactive approach to attracting and following up with potential customers, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to potential customers to attract leads and generate sales.
- Clearly explain product/service offerings and answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Follow up with interested prospects and assist in closing sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
