We are seeking skilled and experienced Tile Masons to join a leading construction and interior fit-out company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing various types of tiles with precision and quality workmanship, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled, following layout plans
- Cut tiles using hand and power tools
- Mix and apply mortar or adhesives to fix tiles onto floors, walls, ceilings, or other surfaces
- Align and position tiles to ensure uniform spacing and level surface
- Apply grout between tiles and clean excess grout
- Repair or replace broken or damaged tiles as needed
- Work with a variety of materials including ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and mosaic
- Ensure high-quality finishes that meet design and safety standards
- Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tile Mason or similar role
- Strong knowledge of tile installation tools and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
- Physically fit and able to work in challenging environments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is a plus
- UAE experience or GCC region experience is preferred
