We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Training Manager to lead employee onboarding and training programs across our restaurant branches. The role focuses on developing team skills, conducting in-branch audits, and ensuring high operational and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
- Conduct branch visits to audit hygiene, SOP compliance, and service quality.
- Develop and maintain training materials and evaluation tools.
- Collaborate with branch managers to address development needs.
- Report training outcomes and provide insights to management.
