Provides support in the HR department in terms of training and development, and other support for the HR team that may be required from time to time to ensure smooth operation in the Human Resources department.
Delivers key input of Training aspects for all activities and plans of the hotel and development of its colleagues.
Suggests and initiates individual and team development, career development and training and experience-based learning for the team.
Inducts, coaches, and mentors new Team members.
Delivers and initiates training programs and other organizational and leadership development strategies.
Monitors and conducts learning and development reviews with each department and follow through the results, as directed
Prepares annual training plans and calendars for the hotel and drafts Training Expenses/Budget, as directed by the DHR.
Assists the DHR in monitoring and compiling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Targets.
Coordinates with the concern departments, e.g. Security Manager, Hygiene Officer in all regulatory and essential practices in Safety, Security and HACCP standards.
Performs Orientation of all new employees in accordance with Al Bustan Centre & Residence policy and procedures.
Assesses needs, recommends, and oversees training and development such as In-house training, On-the-job training and external training for Al Bustan Centre & Residence colleagues ensuring compliance with performance standards.
Familiarizes with the company's Policies & Procedures and applies the requirements with respect to Training for the employees.
Supports and assists in the other HR tasks like on boarding activities, staff engagement and accommodation of associates.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
