Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Veterinarian to join our client's team, a leading insurance provider in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Aftersales Support:
- Assist customers with post-policy inquiries and ensure a seamless aftersales experience.
2.Claims Handling:
- Evaluate and process pet health insurance claims, including assessing medical records for pre-existing conditions.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions for claims-related queries.
3.Customer Guidance:
- Respond to customer calls and emails, offering expert advice on pet health and wellness.
- Educate pet parents on best practices for preventive care and treatment options.
4.Pre-Existing Condition Assessment:
- Review and assess pets medical histories to determine eligibility for insurance coverage.
5.Event Representation:
- Act as a company representative at pet-related events, offering veterinary insights and engaging with the community.
6.Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to develop pet care resources and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent certification.
- Licensed veterinarian with clinical experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping pet parents.
- Knowledge of pet insurance policies and claims processes (preferred, training available).
- Ability to attend and participate in events, with occasional travel required.
