Job Description
The Videographer/Video Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for property listings, promotional campaigns, and social media. This role is ideal for someone with a creative eye, strong technical skills, and hands-on experience in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot professional property walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, and promotional content.
- Edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create engaging content.
- Manage video equipment, lighting, and setup during shoots.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos aligned with brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate videography and editing.
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and social media content formats.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
