3D Designer - Exhibition Booths and Events

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our team and support the design of exhibition booths and event setups. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in 3D design with a passion for creating visually compelling, functional and innovative designs for exhibitions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D design concepts for exhibition booths, event setups and other interactive spaces.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers and the creative team to understand design requirements, objectives and event branding.
• Create detailed 3D visualizations and renderings to present design concepts to clients.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with budget and timeline.
• Design layouts, floor plans, detailed drawings for booth construction and event installations.
• Ensure designs are optimized for audience engagement, functionality and overall aesthetics.
• Maintain consistency in design with the client's branding, color schemes and other specific requirements.
• Revise designs based on client feedback, providing multiple iterations as needed.
• Proficient in 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, or similar).
• Proven experience in designing exhibition booths, trade shows and event spaces.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work for exhibitions and events.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or certification in related field.

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in exhibition booth and Event industry is mandatory.

· Able to work flexibly with the team.

· Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

· Knowledge of event logistics and materials for booth construction is a plus.

· Experience in VR or AR applications for exhibition design.

· Familiarity with lighting design, signage, and other event-related elements.
