Responsibilities:
- Set the target market especially events, exhibitions, mall activations and brand activations
- Keen on looking out for potential customers
- Learn about the companies product and services
- Keep updated with latest trends and technologies
- Keep the event calendar, set goals and accomplish it
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience of sales in Events & Exhibitions / Brand Activations / Advertising / Mall Activations/ Digital Marketing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
- events sales: 2 years (Preferred)
