Interior Design Duties:
- Develop interior design concepts in line with client briefs and project requirements.
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, and presentation layouts.
- Prepare detailed working drawings based on the design.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting based on project scope and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and consultants to ensure design feasibility.
3D Visualization Duties:
- Create high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations for concept presentations and final design submissions.
- Use software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion And Corona rendering to produce realistic and compelling visual content.
- Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and concepts into 3D visuals.
Project Coordination:
- Attend client meetings and participate in design discussions.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of design outputs and revisions.
