We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
We’re a boutique real estate company looking for a proactive, creative, and organized Marketing Manager to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for leading our marketing efforts and helping grow our brand across multiple platforms.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing our social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Creating and posting engaging content (images, videos, captions)
- Running SEO strategies and improving website traffic
- Managing Google Ads, Meta ads, and other paid campaigns
- Coordinating with photographers and videographers for property shoots
- Writing and designing email newsletters
- Updating the company website and blog
- Supporting events, open houses, and client campaigns
- Creating marketing materials (flyers, brochures, signage)
- Monitoring marketing performance and reporting insights
- Working with agents to support their individual marketing needs
- Staying updated with real estate trends and competitor activity
You will be reporting to senior management and have two junior team members under your guidance.
Who we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing
- Experience in real estate marketing is a big plus
- Someone who’s hands-on, organised, and full of ideas
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
