Experience: 2-5 years
Job Description

1- Responsible for office Maintenance. (Repairs, Small Items Purchase)

2- Handling Office Petty cash for small expenses at office.

3- Handling Sample requirement at office.(Coordination with HO for dispatch and sending it to upcountry dealers as per requirement)

4- Responsible for on time office opening and closing.

5- Maintaining attendance tracker of employees.(Sending Tracker to HR Team)

6- Monthly birthday Celebration at Office.
Vendor Management.

1- Handling all Vendors Associated with us.

2- Responsible for Vendors Payment.

3- Follow up with SSC team for on time vendor payment.

4- Handling DTS and Swift Portal for Payment entries and Payment details

5- Responsible for Employees accommodation traveling to Bangalore

6- Arranging transportation for Employees

7- Assisting employees for train and bus ticket booking.

8- Verification of bills submitted by Vendors.

9- Attending all visitors at office. (People on Sales calls)

10- Identifying potential service providers and appointing them as vendor.

11- Negotiating with service providers to get the better deals every time.

12- Negotiating and signing the contract with hotels.

13- Negotiating with hotels or resorts for any event planed at south level.

14- Maintaining AMC of Vendors.

Sales related Activity for Admin Jobs Dubai

1- Maintaining sales data (Counter Share, Sub Dealer Supply NDO NTO)

2- Sending Sales report to Sales team (YTD MTD)

3- Collecting and consolidating our and Market Development Activity and Competition sales pricing and other details.

4- Month End Sales planning and follow-ups with sales team.

5- Providing Support to Sales team for conducting development activities.(Negotiating with hotel and booking, Gifts Arrangement)

All Other Activity

1- Assisting Marketing Team for any event in South(Negotiation and Finalization of Venue)

2- Assisting HR Team in terms of new Joinee and exit formatives

3-Assisting employees in terms of IT related issue
