Assistant Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

- Keeping financial records up-to-date

- Supporting the finance department and senior accountant by completing routine accounting tasks.

- Preparing budgets, maintaining reports, and completing basic bookkeeping and accounting duties for the company.

- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.

- Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts.

- Coordinating internal and external audits.

- Monitoring vendor statements, wire transfer requests, and other transactions.

- Must be strong in analytical, communication, hard-working and multi-tasker

- Experience in Payable / Receivable entries

- Proficient in the Arabic Language

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience and at least 1-2 years in UAE

- Experience using Quickbooks

- Real Estate Industry Experience is preferred

- Excellent communication, team player and pro-active

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
