Core & Reservations Agent is responsible for selling the hotel and providing information to prospective guests, to capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure guest’s satisfaction.

We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent phone skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems including Opera as well as communicating over the telephone and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
Responsible in providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservations service and to undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.
Answer General Reservations e-mail, retrieve and distribute mail, verify all reservation information with callers to ensure accuracy.
Process Worldwide Reservations Office (WRO), Trust, Internal Reservations, and FIT reservations.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written, Arabic would be a great asset
Excellent communication and organization skills
Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
Service Passion
Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
