  • Booking Service orders in the system
  • Keep track of WO versus Contractual KPI.
  • Ordering & Coordination of Spare Parts
  • Keeping minimum stock for spare parts as per contract commitment requires monitory low stock threshold
  • Creating RMA /Log/ Vendor Coordination
  • Tracking EAM portal.
  • Creating/Tracking Ageing Report of WO log file
  • Document Management
  • Creating Customer/Management Monthly Report
  • Prepare Internal Reports
  • Preparing Proper Supporting Documentation for Invoices involves interaction with various inhouse teams
  • Creating Various report for projects and tracking delivery plan
  • Supporting Field staff for execution in coordination from office.
  • Ensuring Delivery of Invoices / Documents
  • Coordination for Variation offers with Vendors & FL
  • Ordering & Coordination of Spare Parts via MRs
  • To make sure the PO to vendor has been send in time and follow-up the delivery of materials.
  • Follow-up with Suppliers for ETA for Purchase order & coordination for delivery acceptance
  • Coordinate with Team Leads for Delivery of Materials to Site from Vendor or Warehouse
  • Creating & Maintaining DOs
  • Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
