Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator with 10–12 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in villa or residential projects and demonstrate expertise in technical coordination, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical drawings and documentation between architectural, structural, and MEP teams
- Review and manage shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs to ensure alignment with project specifications
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process, particularly for villa/residential developments
- Conduct technical audits and provide guidance to resolve site-level design or coordination issues
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of information and approvals
- Assist project management teams in maintaining quality, schedule, and compliance standards
- Maintain records of revisions, approvals, and project-related correspondence
Requirements
- 10–12 years of technical coordination experience in the UAE construction sector
- Proven experience working on villa or high-end residential projects
- Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, authority approvals, and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM tools is an advantage
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
