POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you play a critical role with executing Customer Service workflow, interacting with existing and new customers, and support in achieving objectives set by the management.

The Customer Service Team Leader works in close collaboration with Technical team, Parts & Purchase team, Logistics/ Drivers, and Customers; and is responsible for responding to issues in a proactive and timely manner.
