E-Commerce Manager

  • Responsible for the whole strategy and execution of the various e-commerce Marketplaces, including (but not limited to) NOON, AMAZON, and other marketplace sites in the GCC/MENA.
  • Works across technology, fulfillment, and item set-up teams to ensure proper system and execution of the daily operations of the channels.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive strategy and oversight of several marketplace e-commerce channels and responsible for the product/channel mix and optimization between marketplaces on a weekly basis.
  • The report, Analysis, Negotiates, and customer service for various marketplaces and wholesale e-commerce accounts, management of account expectations forecast, and individual account growth.
  • Sell in of ideas and product pitches, and solution selling to various partners to hit growth targets daily.
  • Liaise with direct and indirect team and management to ensure proper item-level detail and promotional activity to drive them and category sales.
  • Created and launch continually promotional activity at the item level and decide the channel strategy by SKU (which e-commerce channels what products will sell in and when)
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
  • Strong communication, and organizational skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social marketing, media, and production.
  • Proven experience with digital assets, content-rich media, social media applications that delivers effective support for sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Present recommendations for website optimization and site layout to drive internet traffic and website sales.
  • Manage the day-to-day website operations, program rollouts, maintenance & overall quality control for e-commerce websites.
  • Identify and implement new technologies that align with future growth and site improvement.
