Position: Business Development Executive – ELV/CCTV/ICT Outdoor Sales (UAE)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Intercom, and Structured Cabling, with a specific focus on Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ELV, Security Camera, and ICT Annual Maintenance sectors.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential B2B clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored AMC solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
- Coordinate AMC site visits and align with technical teams to address customer service requests.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of B2B marketing and/or sales experience, preferably in the security or ICT industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Networking, and Telephony.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software and social media marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to build rapport and effectively manage client relationships.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
