Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related area.

Minimum of 3 years of‎experience in compensation and employee administration field.

Job Purpose:

Is responsible for facilitating all HR functions, payroll administration, providing HR services to all employees, managing employment processes and preparing/updating/storing required employment documentation and employee files.

Ensures that all employment processes are well documented according to applicable UAE laws and regulations. Liaises with Government Relations on employee administration procedures.
