HR Manager
You shall take the ownership of the HR Strategy of the Organization and lead the Human Resource initiatives including Employee Engagement, Leadership effectiveness, Culture, Job Design, Staffing, Training & Talent Development, Performance Management, Compensation, Policy compliance, Employee Relations, and Communications.
HR manager shall ensure a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize the established mission and objectives. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ø Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Ø Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Ø Lead as key business partner to senior leaders and managers to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organization effectiveness
Ø Provide leadership for the development and execution of organizational vision and structure
Ø Serve as Leader of Change
Ø Act as an employee advocate and drive various corporate and division business initiatives
Ø Lead recruitment efforts with a focus on bringing in diverse talent and building a talent pipeline
Ø Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Ø Nurture a positive working environment
Ø Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and bring in initiatives and methodologies to ensure peak performance
Ø Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Ø Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Ø Manage key HR processes, including annual salary planning, compensation, bi-annual performance feedback cycle, leadership development review, employee training and development, and employee relations.
Ø Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ø Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Ø Lead multi-site HR team to effectively meet and exceed customer expectations and drive continuous improvement.
Ø Responsible for investigations, conflict resolution, employee communications, and management coaching
Ø Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies
Ø Lead Organization in the development of the annual reviews, organization structure development, job design, staffing, compensation, and organization change / effectiveness.
Ø Partner with business leaders on multiple human resource issues including; policies, legislation processes and practices; evaluation / development of personnel, annual reviews, and compensation plans
Ø Responsible for implementation of process improvement including; leading change initiatives, planning, facilitation, staffing, pipeline and talent development
Ø Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, encouraging the full use of diverse talents and abilities
Ø Drive HR processes such as; e-HR dashboard, annual HR review (Session C), organizational effectiveness, and performance management
Qualifications/Requirements
ü Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field 7+ years HR Experience including; employee relations, developing managers and/or conflict resolution experience and strong working knowledge of employment laws;
ü CIPD/SHRM certifications preferred.
ü 3+ years as HR Manager, managing multi-locations / matrix environment a plus.
ü Ideally experienced in Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG or Construction industry.
ü Driving HR Organization by bringing in best practices to the business and branding the employer as "Best place to work"
ü Expertise in HR functional areas including recruiting/talent assessment, performance management, Career development, reward and recognition programs.
ü Experience in leading the Culture and Diversity
ü Experience in working in matrixed and distributed organizations
ü Experience in key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment and Develops/implements appropriate change management plans as required.
ü Demonstrated ability to lead large projects and to motivate others.
ü Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
ü Strong employee relations, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
ü Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
ü Demonstrated process execution skills with strong attention to detail.
ü Strong facilitation, influencing and conflict resolution skills

ü Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and ERP
