  • Coordinate appointments and meetings and manage staff calendars and schedules
  • Handle day to day Admin task (sending/receiving emails and calls and routing them to the respective person).
  • In addition to English, fluency in any of the following languages Arabic/ Russian / Chinese / Urdu / Hindi/Turkish would be an advantage.
  • Assist clients with regards to services
  • Assist in filling for visa and medical insurance of the new joiners We are seeking individuals who have proper knowledge of office adminstration, moulding these experiences and contextualising them in a professional environment. If you have what it takes, then you are the best choice for us.
