We are looking for a professional secretary to join our company. You will be responsible for coordinating written and verbal communication within the company and with clients. You will also be responsible for keeping all files and documents organized, both digitally and in some cases physically.
- Excellent English written and verbal skills.
- Ability to read or write in Arabic is an advantage.
- Must have good computer skills including but not limited to the use of MS Office and other necessary software.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Excellent organization skills
- Must be enthusiastic.
- Must be a team player.
