We are seeking a dynamic and pleasant female Office Secretary to join our team at Verifast Documents Clearing in Abu Hail, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls and assist clients with a professional and friendly attitude
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks
- Support document processing and client interactions
- Maintain organized records and assist with clerical duties
Requirements:
- Female candidates
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be on own visa
- Residing in or near Abu Hail
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Well-presented, organized, and proactive
