Operator – Conversion Machine

Job Title OPERATOR – CONVERSION MACHINE
Reporting to Shift Supervisor / Production Supervisor

Supervise Asst Operators , Helpers

Job role The Conversion Machine Operator operates the conversion machine. Ensures the
quality of the products being produced is within the standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


To produce convert products according to daily production schedule and manufacturing
card or job card as allocated by Shift Supervisor 

Ensure to produce quality products. 
Takes appropriate actions to resolve quality problems. 
Ensure efficient running of the machine to give productivity at the same time maintaining

quality. 
Prepare conversion machine performance report, machine stop and slow running report. 
Enter detailed information into the computer through the system. 
Maintain high standard of safety and housekeeping in full machine line. 
Advise Maintenance department of any machine problems affecting the machine’s

production efficiencies and product quality. 
To raise maintenance requisition for any preventive and corrective maintenance to be

done in the machine. 
Maintain direct discipline within the line crew members. 
Performs other related duties that may be assigned to him by his superior.

QUALIFICATION 

Must be a College graduate preferably Engineering Production course or equivalent 
Minimum of two (2) years experience related to the same field with modern and high

technology machineries. 
Computer literate and must know how to deal with people at all levels. 
Hardworking and can work with minimum supervision and under pressure. 
With good moral character.
