Your tasks Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing multiple projects under the Systems Integration Unit and any other related tasks as directed by the Senior Project Manager and/or General Management. Under supervision, this will include but not limited to;
  • Supporting project management team in the day-to-day management of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Providing administrative support to the project management team
  • Preparing project documentation (technical, commercial, contractual, administrative) as required
  • Preparing project- related correspondences with key stakeholders
  • Engaging with internal and external key stakeholders to coordinate the works as required
  • Run daily, weekly and monthly reports and sort and process various project document
  • Actively be involved in all phases from project planning till execution
  • Coordinating work with relevant units (design & engineering, planning, procurement, estimation, construction management, etc.)
  • Working as the main support for all the project managers
  • Support the projects' start up and close-out processes.
  • Attending project meetings, produce and distribute meeting minutes
  • Performing all responsibilities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Drafting contractual correspondence
  • Supporting preparation of variation requests
  • Demonstrating knowledge in EPC construction contract
  • Assisting with PM and QS (quantity surveyor)
Your profile
  • Intermediate experience (miniumum 5 years) as Project Coordinator / Manager in construction projects, preferably in the cultural sector (museums, exhibitions, EXPO´s, etc.)
  • Degree in civil engineering, construction project management preferable
  • Good command in necessary IT tools including but not limited to MS Office 365, Sharepoint, MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, Vectorworks, Aconex etc.)
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations
  • Excellent English communication skills that are consistent, effective and efficient both written and oral communication
  • Good understanding of technical, business and contractual correlations
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
  • Very good organisational and analytical skills
  • Experience in planning techniques and project control methods
  • Effective team player; ability to work closely, confidently and collaboratively with intercultural teams with strong assertiveness and commitment
