Project Manager

Global Group of Companies is a leading Interior Fit Out and Joinery Company in the middle east that is changing skylines across the globe by delivering some of the most prestigious commercial projects. Currently we are looking to hire Project manager with hands on experience in fit outs and finishes work for Luxurious Hotels in Dubai, UAE

Candidate must be from interior fit out background with excellent team management skills. This role will directly report to the Managing Director and will pay a crucial role with in the interior fit out and finishes project team.

• Responsible for managing clients and the site team Make sure the primary project objectives are met within time and resources. Match the teams according to the project needs.
• Assist in developing a baseline project plan and schedule. Manage any cost and quality constraints or issues Create a project plan to monitor and track progress Define the project scope and objectives including all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Manage the budget of the assigned project Regularly communicate with architects, engineers, designers and contractors to ensure project success Preserve sound internal processes that enable efficient and effective execution of projects.
• Make sure projects are delivered on time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have 5-10 years Interior Fitout experience in restaurants, retails, hospitality projects.
• Must have 2-3 years of professional experience in Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of project costing and site supervision.
• Excellent understanding of the design process is necessary from conceptual, interior architectural elements, construction documents, specification and administration to completion.
• Advanced knowledge of furniture, fixture, architectural & interior finishes, lighting and materials.
• Full compliance with relevant local laws, rules, regulation, and the requirement of civil defense, municipality, etc.
• Execute a day to day operations related with project management for Fit out, refurbishment, design & build including scope, procurement, communication, time, risk, project human resources, close out
• . Enforce rules, regulations, procedures, health and safety measures at site and surpassing standards of quality.
• Manage and coordination between client, site, sub-contractors by giving them right construction information, project status updates.

• The required candidate must be male with a valid UAE driving license and own car Should be able to hold meetings with high end corporate clients

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
