Job Summary: Looking for a Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Receives clients and respond to questions in a proper manner
Offer client support services in a timely fashion
Develop positive relationships with customers to maintain them
Evaluate and settle customer issues promptly
Organize appointments and plan meetings
Create new business opportunities using client contacts
Generate outgoing mail, screen and share out incoming mails
Maintain a presentable and clean reception area

Job Qualifications and Experience

Degree in a business related course
Candidates must have experience in a customer service role
Good written and verbal communication skills
Expertise in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel etc
Excellent time management skills
Must be familiar with administrative and clerical procedures
Possess a positive attitude with good customer service skills
