We are looking for anAssociate in the KPMGBusiness Academy to assist our client training development initiatives throughcreative training events and in-company programs

Role
• Mapping outtraining plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (publiccourse or in-company) for corporates and for KPMG's own events
• Choosingappropriate training methods as per client request including pre-assessments,on-site exams and MCQ and post training evaluation
• Marketingavailable training products and opportunities to clients and providing necessary information
• Manage, develop,coordinate and build commercial and technical proposals within KPMG style andbranding
• Experience withinvarious training methods, and e-learning. Experience with different projects,financial and technical concepts and management training and soft-skillsdevelopment, is also essential
• Familiar with theinstructors, equipment and educational material requirements for each project

Responsibilities
• Generate new leadsand business for training in UAE and Oman
• Communicating withinternal teams and clients to identify training needs and mapping outdevelopment plans
• Develop salesproposals in line with client requirements
• Strong marketintelligence on trending topics and sectors that can be capitalized andtranslated into new training initiatives
• Use knowneducation principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
• Assess instructionaleffectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
• Gather feedbackfrom trainers and trainees after each educational session
• Partner withinternal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
• Handle in-bound callsof inquiries and suggest training offerings with confidence
• Make sales callsto new and existing clients and confidently pitch our portfolio of technicalofferings
• Onsite executionof events on site and also deliver internal administrative support whereverrequired
• Ensure customerservice satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
• Participate inregional events
• Monitorcompetitors, market conditions, and provide new product ideas
• Maintain updatedcurriculum database and training records
• Research andrecommend new training methods, like gamification

Requirement
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in similar field withexperience in building techno commercial proposals within finance and businesstraining products and understanding of the MENA market
• Understanding financial, business and accounting terms andconfident in making intelligent conversation with decision makers
• Hands-onexperience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Existing contactswith training and L&D roles in the region
• Adequate knowledgeof learning management systems and web delivery tools
• Proven ability tocomplete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitorand evaluate)
• Effectivelyexecute and oversee all training development requests for both public and in-company requests
• Familiarity withtraditional and modern job training methods and techniques
• Experience with anye-learning platforms is desirable
• MS Officeproficiency
