Student Recruitment Manager

We're looking for a dynamic and personable salesperson with experience of international student recruitment to manage and grow the pipeline of new student enrolments for our UK and Europe International Study Centres. In this job you'll develop and market a portfolio of programmes, taking ownership of lead generation and conversion. You'll use your first rate communication skills to develop relationships with Study Group colleagues and agency/University partners.

The job will be based in Dubai and regular travel to source markets will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• New student enrolment (NSE) responsibility for the International Study Centres (ISCs) within the region
• To be the Product subject matter expert, providing product thought leadership
• Drive Centre/Product sales plan & execution
• Creation & execution of Sales Action Plan with the partner universities and channel teams
• Drive internal processes required to successfully meet targets
• Deliver efficient and effective agent group training and launches
• Document FAQs and localise / cascade sales and marketing materials
• Build relationship with Admissions and Visa Compliance Team to ensure increased efficiency in order to improve agent relationships
• Own assessment of product opportunities
• Work with marketing on pricing/competitor insights and product/centre scoping
• Coordinate university in-market visits and university-sought market insights, feeding back to the team on macro and micro economic changes that impact the recruitment numbers
• Work with in-market teams to identify needs and work with marketing to make available localised product materials for all key markets
• Represent brand at exhibitions and recruitment events and ensure NSE budgets are met by centre/program
• Identify specific opportunities and highlight to Regional Director and Product Sales Director
• Lead on market organisation relationships in partnership with Regional Directors

Qualifications and Training:

You'll have prior experience in international student recruitment. Please note this is non negotiable - if you don't have this experience, don't apply as you will not be considered!

You'll be tertiary educated, and fluent in English and ideally a second language. You'll have experience of successfully executing conversion and sales strategies and meeting robust targets within a complex, ideally international business.
