Job Purpose:
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent across all departments of the real estate business. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and workforce planning to support the company’s growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company’s real estate business objectives.
- Develop workforce planning in collaboration with senior leadership and department heads.
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for roles in sales, leasing, property management, development, administration, and corporate functions.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles through various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, recruitment agencies, and internal referrals).
- Leverage digital platforms and headhunting techniques to find passive candidates.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and create customized hiring strategies.
- Provide consultation and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and selection processes.
Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company’s employer brand in the real estate market through social media, career fairs, and partnerships with universities and recruitment firms.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, etc.) and prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidates and recruitment activities.
Team Leadership (if applicable):
- Lead and mentor a recruitment team to ensure consistent performance and development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in recruiting for the real estate industry, including sales agents, property consultants, property managers, and back-office roles.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and local market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and recruitment tools.
