Position: Account Manager / BDM / Sales Manager
Location: Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 + Commission
Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekdays: Monday to Friday

About the Job
We are hiring an Account Manager / BDM / Sales Manager with a strong background in events and exhibitions. The role focuses on generating new business, preparing proposals, and managing events end-to-end. Unlike a pure project management role, the key emphasis here is on bringing in sales and expanding the company’s client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and prepare proposals for local and international clients
- Coordinate and execute events from enquiry to final billing
- Negotiate with clients to maximize financial results
- Work closely with management on event planning, logistics, and quotations
- Gather market intelligence and keep updated on industry trends
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Proven experience in event management within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the UAE events market, venues, and client networks
- Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
