Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle accounting department (GL, AP, AR, payroll, closings).
- Uphold compliance with IFRS, VAT, corporate tax, and local regulations.
- Oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and handle treasury activities.
- Coordinate and manage audits, including documentation for internal and external audits.
- Develop, implement, and review internal accounting policies and controls.
- Deliver financial reports, MIS, budgets, forecasts, and trend analyses to senior leadership.
- Drive system integrations or ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle Fusion).
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate accounting team members to ensure professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA) strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in VAT compliance, audit coordination, and financial reporting.
- Expertise in accounting or ERP software (Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in sectors such as Fintech, trading, or MNC environments.
- Hands-on involvement in ERP system implementations.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
