Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue client invoices for fabrication projects and follow up on collections.
- Track project costs against estimates to monitor profitability.
- Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain petty cash and oversee daily expense tracking.
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow for ongoing projects.
- Prepare monthly management reports and job cost summaries.
- File VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax laws.
- Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and banks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or construction.
- Strong cost control and project accounting skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
