We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, helping them identify the right solutions and services while working closely with internal teams to deliver results.
Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across financial and regulated industries.
- Drive the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with legal, product, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet both client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the compliance and risk management departments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field; a compliance or legal background is a strong advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in compliance, legal tech, or financial services.
- Strong consultative sales and client management skills with the ability to understand complex client environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and compliance officers.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
