Ganjina Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day accounting transactions, including payables, receivables, and general ledger entries.
- Handle property-related financial records, including commissions, rents, and service charges.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow and expenses.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation for compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for all transactions.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams on payment and billing issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (real estate experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong Excel skills and good organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
