Activity Coordinator
Bachelor / master’s degree in education/ (Attested certificates)
Minimum 2- 3 years of UAE experience
Excellent English proficiency
Responsibilities
Support Activity Planning:
Assist in developing and implementing a diverse range of activities suitable for the target audience.
Collaborate with the Activity Coordinator to create monthly or weekly activity calendars.
Participant Engagement:
Interact with participants and build positive relationships.
Encourage active participation in activities and events.
Adapt activities to accommodate the varying needs and interests of participants.
Logistical Support:
Help with the setup and breakdown of activity spaces.
Ensure that necessary supplies and equipment are available for each activity.
Assist in coordinating transportation for off-site activities, if applicable.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of participant attendance and feedback.
Help in documenting the success of activities and suggesting improvements.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and families regarding upcoming activities.
Provide information about activities through flyers, newsletters, or other communication channels.
Safety and Supervision:
Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during activities.
Aid and support as needed, especially for individuals with special needs.
Assist with Special Events:
Contribute to the planning and execution of special events or celebrations.
Coordinate volunteers and resources for larger events.
Flexibility:
Be adaptable and open to adjusting activities based on participant feedback and changing circumstances.
Assist with impromptu activities or changes in the activity schedule.

1. Commit to tasks which may require additional effort and time for the benefit of the school.
2. Make sure that the school activities meet all the requirements as per the MOE.
3. Take up and fulfill other responsibilities as requested by the line manager.
4. Contribute to the corporate life of the school through effective participation in meetings and management systems necessary to coordinate the management of the school.
5. Establish effective working relationships and set a good example through the presentation and personal and professional conduct.
6. Maintain confidentiality on matters related to school, staff, students and infrastructure.
