Job Title: Admin Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Coordinator to handle communication, scheduling, and documentation. The ideal candidate will support internal operations and act as a key link between management, clients, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between management, site teams, and clients
- Organize and manage schedules, meetings, and site visits
- Maintain project records, contracts, and reports
- Handle inquiries and provide prompt solutions to coordination issues
- Track timelines and follow up on pending tasks
- Assist with procurement and vendor coordination
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles (experience in design or construction sectors is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and scheduling tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Based in Dubai and ready to join immediately (preferred)
