Job Vacancy: Receptionist/Admin cum Accounts
We are currently looking for a Male Receptionist/Admin cum Accounts to join our team!
Location: Al qouz 3, Industrial Area
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 3,000/month
Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Sunday off)
Start Date: Immediately
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk is tidy
- Assist in basic accounting duties such as data entry, invoicing, petty cash handling, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Coordinate with the accounting team for month-end reports
- Provide support in filing and document management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
- Ability to speak and understand basic Arabic
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and good communication skills
