Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin cum Assistant Property Manager with accounting experience to support the overall administration and operations of our property management activities. The ideal candidate will play a dual role—handling administrative duties, assisting with property management tasks, and maintaining basic accounting records. This position requires strong organizational skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the Property Manager including document preparation, record keeping, and general office coordination.
· Handle day-to-day property management activities, including tenant coordination, lease documentation, and property inspections.
· Maintain accurate financial records, assist with rent collection, payment follow-ups, invoice processing, and petty cash management.
· Prepare and review lease agreements and ensure proper documentation and compliance with local laws and regulations.
· Act as a liaison between tenants, contractors, and service providers, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
· Assist in coordinating maintenance schedules, tracking work orders, and verifying completion of services.
· Maintain tenant databases, contract records, and filing systems in both physical and digital formats.
· Prepare reports related to occupancy, expenses, maintenance activities, and other property metrics.
· Support the Property Manager in organizing meetings, site visits, and inspections.
· Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
Skills and Requirements:
· Fluent in English, Arabic, and Hindi is a plus.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or administrative roles with exposure to basic accounting.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of property management software is a plus.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with tenants, vendors, and team members.
· Knowledge of lease agreements, tenant laws, and facility operations is preferred.
· Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
· Flexible working hours as per operational needs.
