JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet clients and visitors courteously at the front desk.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area.
- Perform Telecalling activities to support sales team.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases.
- Assist in various administrative tasks as needed.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
